I’ve followed tons of pages teaching back rehab, but most hide their core methods and just share watered-down advice to make money.

You’re different, man. I can feel the younger, hurt version of you pouring everything into helping people so they don’t go through what you did. You’re so selfless. So helpful. So real.

I haven’t been able to treat my back issue until now, but everything you say is finally making sense. I’m taking it slow, but I believe I’ll be pain free this year.

Hey, I’ve had low back pain for the past 6 months. At one point it was so bad that it hurt when I sneezed or coughed. Even if I bent down to brush my teeth, I could feel pain.
