Hey All, I’m 72 years old, and been battling crippling sciatica for almost a year now. I have had back pain since my late twenties due to snow skiing and dirt biking wipeouts. I have broken numerous bones, have bulging discs, and various other disc stuff per multiple MRIs over the past few years. I have kept the pain in check over the years by working out with weights and walking.
When that no longer worked, I went to PT 3x a week for 2 months, which sort of helped as long as I did the exercises 2x a day. If I missed a day, I felt it! I don’t think I was gaining on the problem, i.e., no true healing and balance was happening.
Long story short, I bought a cheapy extension board. I’ve been following the program for 2 weeks, and my sciatica has been reduced by 90%!! I am so grateful that I found this program!! I am slowly getting stronger at the exercises, and I can feel my posture (hips and low back) moving into alignment and balance.
