Wanted to reach out and give some respect and appreciation for the content and info you produce. Coming from a PT like myself who went to school to treat the very thing you talk about… you have more insight and understanding compared to fellow colleagues because experience and first-hand perspective is more valuable than any degree ever will be.

A man who claims to know it all actually knows very little. Life is a learning process and I’m learning from you—as well as other people across social media—who don’t have the same level of education as me, because it’s all about getting 1% better.

Have you considered making a dentist-specific program marketed towards them? Lot of colleagues complain about it and they all have money. Just something to think about. I think you could make some good dough off that niche. I’ve even dropped your IG on my podcast and some of the dental fb forums. Dentists buy stuff.

Today I recommended Low Back Ability to one of my patients with retrolisthesis and paramedial protrusion. Really duplicity on that feeling, yet she was failed by traditional medicinal approach to her problem. Cheers mate!

Directed her to your page because I think it’s so powerful to see someone who has done the work and motivates others to do the same, to counter so much BS out there like all the influencers saying “I did this simple exercise for 2 weeks and my back pain was gone.” Much appreciation 🙏

I also work in physical therapy and your workout plan has done wonders for me. I had a 5mm herniated disc and this has helped me so much. I used to run a lot and workout so much and having to stop all of that when I got injured was very difficult and depressing. A couple of days ago I was finally able to run 2 miles nonstop pain free. I have gotten such relief with this program but I know I still have a long way to go. I remind myself daily to play the long game. 🙌🏾

Hey just want to say thank you for featuring my comment. I saw your “why your back is SHIT” video on my YouTube feed weeks ago and after 18 months of insidious onset lower back pain I had nothing to lose. Just know I work in a speciality spine clinic and neither I nor anyone I worked with could fix me. Mildly improve but not fix. It hurt to bend and dry my legs after a shower. My back felt fragile. I quit squatting. I was just about to get an MRI when I started your program. The hip flexors were so tight I wanted to cry! 6 extensions and I reached failure.As I said, now I’m pain free, squatting again, and using your method with my patients to amazing effect. One said “my back feels like glass.” I knew why. Her back was SHIT. I could now help her not because I’m a DPT, but because of YOU.

Hey Brendan, I’m a physician who’s suffered from back pain for 5+ years due to hockey. Worsened over the last 3 with major weakness and flares. I started your course and exercises around 12 months ago. I have not had any back pain for the last 6–8 months.It’s completely changed my life.
