My low back pain progress skyrocketed

Ever since I stopped treating my back as a weakness and leaned into the exercises I was afraid of safely, my progress with my low back pain skyrocketed. I have you to thank for that, so thank you. My grade one spondy doesn’t stand a chance!

I can squat, deadlift, and live again

Been meaning to send a long message, but I have been able to squat again, deadlift again, row again and live again. This is revolutionary and not that hard. It could help so many if only they allowed their eyes to be open.

From skeptic to believer

Yeah dude honestly I thought your page was kinda bs at first when you were saying you had a back injury and then I see you doing crazy lifts. I just figured fuck it why not give it a shot. I will say after doing the roman chair exercises you showed on this page I’m feeling better than I have in 4 years since my low back injury. I’m about 2 months into doing holds and bends on the roman chair working on more flexion and extension and I feel like I can get myself back to where I was before the injury at this rate. From someone who was a pretty big skeptic I’d just like to say thanks for helping me get out of so much pain.

No pain since I started

You saved me too. Just want you to know that. The impact you have on people is enormous. Let the haters hate. I sat down one day, wrote out my own rehab plan using YOUR tips, exercises and stretches. No f***ing pain since I started.

There’s light at the end of the tunnel

Keep up the good fight, friends. It is worth the battle. If there is light at the end of an 18-year tunnel, there’s light at the end of yours as well!

May God bless you. 🙏

Signs of real progress after 18 years of failed treatments

So I want to encourage you… because in sticking with this program, through flare-ups and setbacks, I am seeing some very real progress! Progress not seen in the hundreds of treatments, PT, devices, and gimmicks tried over the past 18 years. Not to mention the thousands of dollars spent. My family has seen it all! 😅

New achievements unlocked recently have been:

Sitting on our family room couch for two hours without feeling maimed when I get up

Sitting through a World Series game with my son without having to go walk around the stadium a few times to loosen up

These may sound minor to a normal person, but they are MASSIVE to me. And signs of real progress.

I’m confident I’ll be near new within a year

I don’t need as much medication now to treat my pain, and it wasn’t a doctor, physical therapist, or surgeon that helped me… Lowbackability did, through his videos that truly address the actual issue and don’t just band-aid it.

I’m about 3 months in on this and I’m confident I will be near new within a year using his techniques and information. Thanks Lowbackability… I appreciate you more than you know 💯💯💯😎😎💪💪💪💪

After one week of intensive training, I feel 90% better.

U saved my life.Last four years I took thousands and thousands of pain killers. After one week of intensive training, I feel 90% better.God bless you, bro ❤️

My back hasn’t felt this good since I was 23.

All this stuff. It all works. It takes a very long time to work through the regressions (6 months plus), but if you stick with it you’ll be rewarded. My back hasn’t felt this good since I was 23 and I’m in my mid-40s.

A Student’s Words of Encouragement

Hey man, I know you must receive a lot of messages but I wanted to thank you for the support it really makes me feel like I’m not alone. But I also want to extend the hand and say I believe in you! You will make it to your goals of the Olympics with all the right mindsets and sacrifices. Also I wanted to address a lot of the hate you receive in comments. As an exercise science student the concepts you express are basic concepts that are learnt, but for some reason coaches throw them out the window as soon as pain is presented, so your message is important and most certainly not reckless.
