Avoided Spine Surgery and Ran a 48KM Marathon

I just wanted to say that because of your tips and some additional training I managed to “run out” from spine surgery. Two days ago, after one year of rebuilding (I am still in progress), I finished the 48 km mountain marathon in 5:40 h – my small toe still is without feeling but I can train again. Avoiding Surgery at 44

Hi! I hope you are well. I just wanted to say please please keep up the content and the good work! I am 44 years old and love my workouts but have started having back issues last year (long story but got bad when I tried to do handstands on a beach with my 8-year-old and fell over!). I started incorporating some of the things you have been saying, particularly the side lateral movements with weights and the back extension machine, and it’s had a huge positive benefit! I was about to go to the docs and opt for the surgery route as there is clearly some disc damage but I think I can save myself!! I can’t thank you enough. Please keep going!!

7 Years of Back Pain and Still Avoided Surgery

I cannot thank you enough, I have had back pain for 7 years. Seen many many specialists in different countries. I did many different treatments. I have physiotherapists, chiropractors, lots of injections, 10 days in hospital for pain therapy and so on… but since I bought this bench I see some improvements.I can get up and sit down quicker. Forgot to say most of the drs said I need a fusion L4|5. I am so happy I didn’t go for the surgery. Small Wins, Big Relief: 4.5 Months to Freedom from Pain

I then realized I needed to try something other than the surgery route, and went with BBB as my last resort. It took time diligently working on the program to get pain relief but I saw small wins in each exercise which as a result gave me small pain relief. It wasn’t an overnight or after 2 week process. But those small wins have added up over these past 4 ½ months to get me to a place where I don’t have constant reminders of pain.
